Wow – how did I mention Groundhog Day and not mention what we did to celebrate the occasion? Went to our favorite lunch spot of course! 🙂  It’s a shame this place is an hour away from us, but it is so worth going there every once in a while. We just love the atmosphere, the food, and the beer! It was a very nice lunch.
I spent most of the day yesterday resetting my phone – yet AGAIN. Third time I have done that in recent months. I bought this phone a year and a half ago with the intent it would last me quite a while. I had a bit more than a year and a half in mind when I said “quite a while”. Too often when I need the phone to react – it.does.nothing. I tell everyone if I ever needed to make an emergency call, I would die before the phone connects. That’s not right! Sometimes it’s fine, but more often it’s not. Â It’s acting like a software issue and that’s why I’m trying another reformat. This time I copied everything off the phone and off the SD card, and wiped both of them clean. Or so I thought… when I went to set the phone up again, it somehow already knew about two of my gmail accounts. Great. Not quite the fresh start I was hoping for. Guess we’ll see how it works. If this doesn’t fix the problems, I’ll have to look into flashing a customer rom onto the phone. Not something I care to do, but I do NOT want to spend $300-$400 on a used phone that would compare to this one. There’s a reason I bought this phone – the specs on it will suit me for quite some time! Not if the stupid thing doesn’t work though…
As usual, I have more I’d like to say but I am out of time! Hey – at least I found a few minutes to post even this much today. Sure helps not going on Facebook, huh? Wonder if anyone misses me yet…
